Title: door cards

hiya, just a quick question, i need to get my door card off the back door to have a look at my runners for my window, but im unsure how to do it, i cant see any screws to undo and dont just want to pull it off incase it breaks.

Assuming you have a 5dr GTI

1. Unscrew the door pin to remove that
2. The outer part of the grab handle that houses the electric window switch and tweeter will prise off with a flat headed screwdriver but be careful because I've managed to break a tweeter in the past
3. Behind the above grab handle, will be 2 cross headed screws, undo these.
4. The door card will now pull off as it is only clipped on, but make sure you put some effort into it as the clips are quite strong.
5. Disconnect the wiring plug for the speaker

Door card should now be off :)
