Title: Oil filler cap-top fallen off
Post by: lowdown on 27 February 2010, 21:29
Anyone else had this?  The oil filler cap top (the bit you twist off) separates from the sealing bit.  No loss of oil but obviously a replacement cap is required.

Went to dealer to order new bit (~£5), and he said it wasn't uncommon!

Yeah, mine has fallen off too - have to use the blade from a screwdriver to open the damn thing! Will have to get round to buying a new one soon.

Could always get this one if your buying a new one :)

Bit pricey for what it is but still looks nice.
