Title: Sparkplugs
Post by: mr burns on 24 February 2010, 18:47
Bit of advice needed i have a set of spark plugs from GFS (Bosch WR 7 DC+) have they given me the right ones for my VW Golf Gti 1992 16v
as when i went to put them in the long reach spark plug socket i brought that fit the spark plugs doesn't fit down into the block  is there a thin wall socket that i need, i,m using an all in one socket tool not a socket set piece.

Thanks

You bought them from GSF, therefore they will be wrong. Get hold of Beavis on here, he will sort you out within a couple of days

WR7DC are the wrong plugs they will fit 8V

ideally you need bosch F6 DTC plugs.
