Title: BBS RA's
Post by: joker6789 on 24 February 2010, 14:50
I've just bought a standard set of BBS RA 14" alloys taken off a mk1 golf. The condition is ok, not mint though. I wanted to know if i can get them refurbed but like polished? You know so they shiny or would you just have to buy some mad expensive alloys for that? If not I would probly just refurbed then get them painted metallic black.
Any suggestions would be helpful,
                                             Thanks,
                                                        James

depends how good the chap you take them to is at polishing, can be done, hard work and IMO not worth it if you want to live with them daily!
i would just go for the refurb option!

I'm sending mine down to Lepsons, not to be polished, but powder coated.

Have a word with them, they are second to none and seem to be able to do just about anything with wheels.
