Title: why do people steal bit off my car

not so long ago some one stole my fogs and blanking covers and yesterday i went out to my  car for work at 6 in the morning and found someone had stole my cl trim that i spent ages fitting and finding but just from the drivers side is my car just not safe im so annoyed and car looks pants again wit bits missing arrr....rant over

I've had a blanking cover removed by some ahem *see you next tuesday* too, so you're not alone...  :sick:

All you can do is replace it, try to catch them in the act and... deal with it!  :wink: :smug:

I'd love to catch the theiving gits at it... but saying that..... I would probably fill my pants first before getting th urge to confront them with a big stick :grin:  :grin:

I caught some little prick trying to steal my clear front indacators needless to say he will never try it agian, gave him the shock of his life!

I had a genius idea for the blanking plates...

Get some stong, (and i meen strong) araldite or sealant on the underside of it, if they try taking off the new one, it will break off and they'll have nothing to take, just a broken blanking plate!  :smug:

the only downside is

1) not good if you need to take them off
2) might take some cleaning if they do take it again...

But at least you'll feel smug...

A few months back i went to work as normal at 5am and it wasnt till i got to work and got out car i noticed that all plastic trim, arches had gone. I couldnt belive it. The car had bin stripped. I have not finaly got a new lot from scrapy. The bit that anoyed me the most is that the trim they stole was all colour coded to the car so somebody wanted it for there green mk3.
