Title: Temp cover for 1 or 2 days

Hi

Just wondering if anyone knows of a company who will insure me for 1 or 2 days insurance so i can get my new car home! Its an 89 Golg 16v, the age is proving a problem, my insurance co, Swift will not do it and tried a couple of others.

Help please! Thanks

you're covered third party if you're already insured on a car, just not fully comp  :smiley:

if the new car hes brought doesnt have the previous owners insurance still running on it he wont be insured to drive it , please correct me if im wrong as i cant allways be right lol  :tongue:

That is spot on fella

Not everyone will have driving other cars on there insurance anyway - it is subject to terms, always best to check with your insurer. But terms of use is the car your driving has to be taxed, MOT'd and insured elsewhere and you can't be the owner of the vehicle.
