Yeah, it's a different shape Neil.
It's sort of more rectangular in shape than the regular Golf/Passat/Scirocco/Eos one.

No probs.
Have you contacted Morty? I got mine off him, superb service, couple of very small marks on the unit but it was a pretty darned reasonable price and came with speed camera locations etc all loaded too. He's a top guy.

Not sure on the rev camera as I got a B version. I've also not checked the MDI stuff in the armrest either (will borrow the kids ipod later if I can get any sense out of them) but Darren said he'd coded it ready to work. He also BAP enabled it for me so it was literally plug in, enable the MFA display via VCDS to work with the NAV display (2 min job) and away.
Even I managed to do it without making a complete balls of it.

Kids can't find the connector thingys for their ipod shuffle but I've just connected the ipod Nano to the car and it works fine, all tracks coming up listed okay.
My youngest is after a Touch for his birthday so I'll report back in due course when we've managed to get a good deal on one of those....

Neil, I got mine from Ebay, B version which took no more then a couple of minutes to fit. 1st off just the volume buttons worked via the MFSW and only the parking sensors showed on display. Took it to an independent garage and they coded it but the camera did not appear and the MFSW buttons all worked, thought that I would try a manual reboot and then everything worked! sometimes and it is rare the camera does not show up but can hear it operating at the rear. Ipod connection also works.
