Afternoon all. Excuse the post but we recently bought a MkV over here in Australia and the tyres are going to need changing soon. I may be able to get some well priced Hankooks but wondered if anyone had actually used them on their car and if so what they thought of them.
Thanks

Very interested to find the answer out - I've got a tyre change coming up too.
I ran a set of Hankooks on my old Mark 2 GTI back in the early '90's and they lasted me about 30k, took lots of abuse and gave lots of grip. IN fact I bought and sold the car with them on. Never done that before or since.

The reason I ask is that I had a mark 2 scirocco which I ran Hankooks on before anybody even knew what they were and was very impressed. Hence why I am thinking about it now.

Ive got Hankook Ventus V12's on my Jetta. They are very good, much better that Continentals that were on it.
