Title: clean engine bay

im sorting my engine bay, need some advice on relocating stuff like washer bottle, coolant bottle and wires, hoses. anyhelp would be brilliant.  car is a 8v.

I will also be doing this over the next few months.

For the coolant bottle, I've considered getting a top-fill radiator.

when I did mine ( see my project section for details, black mk 2 not the rallye one) I put the majority of the wiring in the chassis legs. easy enough to do and I didn't need to extend anything either.
Alot of it depends on how far you want to go and how skilled you are at being creative and being able to make alternatives.

Oh so you just rid of the expansion tank then? That's gotta be more hassle then its worth re-routing the hosing? But it deffo would look empty in that bay lol :)

If i remember correctly I think a certain model of BMW rad was a top fill and was pretty easy to fit as well....someone else might be able to confirm which model...
