Title: continual problems with my golf any ideas before i sell it!

Hi- i have had constant trouble with it since i bought it 4 yrs ago. Its a 2.0 gti 51 plate. The engine light is constantly up with error code p0420. Had the cat changed but its still up. Any help would be appreciated as i'm fed up and am now looking to sell it.

welcome, yeah if you look in the mk4 section you will definatly get the advice you need so stick with it!! :cool:
