Title: fender temperature - plz help

hello, i took delivery recently of my gti mk6 and noticed unusually high fender temperature even after short trips. is that normal?

yes it does get quite warm just keep a eye on the engine temp and oil temp .The oil temp once the car has been running for a while is between 85-105 c.Like you i leaned on it and noticed how warm it was
