Only had my MK5 a week and I have badly damaged my front nearside 18" Monza wheel  caused by a large boulder jutting out of a grass verge, dont think its repairable.
Options are the Stealers are looking £450 for a genuine VW one  or a replica can be picked up for around £75.
Would a replica one cause any problems as to fitting, balance or tram lining etc?

Why not try and find a spare genuine one? ebay/pistonheads/forum classifieds etc
Could also check whether it is repairable at a wheel refurb place - you may be surprised how much can be fixed! :)

........replica might be different off set & you won't be able to use the genuine VW wheel bolts & the plastic covers.
