Title: buying a 130 tdi with STEINBAUER CHIP?? any ideas bout this??

hi , im going to buy a golf tdi 130 with a steinbauer chip on it? any ideas if this is a good quality chip ? its also tuneable to your liking , you can turn it up or down as you like. anyone experienced this?
