Title: Hello From Future Mark 2 Owner......

I currently own a Corrado VR6, which I'm looking to sell (see my sig below).....and get a mark 2 gti. Is there a buyers guide anywhere on here ?

Not sure about 16v or 8v so all advice welcome.

I'd love to keep the rado but my old mates American and Express keep telling me I can't afford to. Its a beautiful car so will be a sad day whens its gone... :cry:

Have a look at my ad in classifieds, just put some fresh pics up taken this afternoon (excuse the birdsh1t on the bonnet tho....it happened on the way to shops and I didn't have a cloth to get rid !) :grin:

Post by: img210 on 29 June 2010, 11:34: Well I now have a mark 2. 90 spec 8v in bright red original paint with power steering & central locking. Very low miles @ 81k which seems to be genuine.

Mint interior and good outside. A few issues (1st gear hard to find is the worst) and is on sh1t 14" polo wheels but very happy.

100 mile return trip after I'd bought and got 40mpg according to the MAF.
