Ok, the time has come for me to part with my 1.8t to to buy the a4 i have always wanted, thing is i cant price it right i know what the car books at but thats not taking into account the things done that would be an advantage for other people. If i list my mods can some1 give me some guide lines on what you all think i should sell it for??

Its a 1999 (V) AGU
12 months MOT
6months tax

Indigo Blue in spot on condition, i detail cars for a living and valet for VW sinclair so its as clean as can be.
19" Rs6 alloys almost new tyres
Lowered 35-40 mm on H&R springs
123k on the clock but had an engine replacement at 65k all reciepts to prove from VW
Ko3s Turbo only 14months old
Vr6 + G60 combo clutch/flywheel 3 months old all sachs made
Custom remapp
Full milltek system
3" downpipe
forge 077p dump valve
All the engine bay has been polished and the engine cover sprayed silver looks very good.
CAI (toyosports)
New temp sensor
recent oil change. new plugs 
New disks & pads all standard
Full HID kit

Service wize, the last owner lost the service book but gave me all the paperwork from when he had the car from new i have a file with it all in and there is tons of it, cam belt, water pump etc all has been done the last service was all of 50 miles ago when i posted about my thermostat this was done by Vw sinclair.

its so difficult lots around yours reads well anything between 2/3k would seem ok.

well i paid £4895 for mine last year fully modded and in mint condition (paintwork) with 60k on the clock.. full service history etc

i was happy to pay that but im sure others may disagree

I'd say maybe £3.5K realistically.

the engine may have been changed out, but you'll find people will still be put off by the milage.

At the end of the day, it's worth what someone will pay for it.

If it were me, i'd put it up for 3,800 and see what happens. It's a lot easier to reduce your price than it is to put it up  :grin:

I've always maintained that as most people buying a car aren't into mods, so they add no value to the car.

oi less of the sheep, as the saying goes we shag them you eat them  :smug: thank people you have give me a really good understanding of what its worth to the modified drivers. Im 50/50 now on whether to put it up for sale today as ive just found the a4 of my life on piston heads  :cry: and this money would seriously help go towards it.
