I've got the Meg's Clay Bar Kit, I've used it twice and all is good, but don't really know how the can differentiate from one another.

Heard good things about the Bilt Hamber clay - you can use water as a lube!

Only clay i've ever used is Sonus green with Dodo born slippy as a lube. It worked a treat.

Just taken delivery of some Bilt Hamber though. Have heard lots of good things about it so keen to try it.

It's a much bigger bar than the sonus, so technically better value and as mentioned you can use water as a lube.

I've always used the megs kit, but didn't fancy spending over £20 this time.

I bought a Sonus one off ebay for £6.95 delivered.

Can I use megs last touch as a lube?

I find sonus green too fine for my needs at the mo (not detailing the car regularly enough) so sticking to megs.

I clayed my own car about a year ago with the megs starter stuff.  It was very good.

I clayed my fiancee's car a few months ago with halfords own stuff, also a kit.  It was just as good if not better.  Cheaper and the bar itself was twice the size of megs.  Only issue was the trigger of the spray broke but i had a spare scoocher so not a biggie.

Flame suit on  :lipsrsealed:

Brought and used some Bilt Hamber clay and it is absolutely amazing!

Use can tap water in a spray bottle as lube.

Very impressed highly recommended :afro:
