My next dilema with my Mk2 is which steering wheel to fit.
This is the one in the car at the moment. It is an Italvolanti leather 16V wheel, that was fitted by the dealer when the car was new at a cost of over £300  It's looking a little worn, but I still like it because it is so rare.

Or this one that was in my previous 8V. This is also leather, but in very good condition. It is from a Passat, but was also standard on the G60 Golf. It is basically a leather version of the plastic wheel that the car should have originally had.

Which one do you lot like best?[/

I have a mk1 Polo (I think) wheel in mine which looks quite nice. I have the original wheel (I assume its the plastic version of the second pic as mine is an 8v) if you're interested, PM me

G60 leather one mate!
They are all huge wheels but the common mk2/g60 one does it for me everytime.

ive also got one of those 16v italvolanti wheels, but mines not as good as yours.
You cant get better than leather, but this kind of stuff is puely personal
-
even though they arent OEM i do have a soft spot for the MOMO steering wheels, very comfy!

The g60 ones are nice, I have one myself but if I where you I'd stick with the first one....
rare is what its all about :P :)

I've put the G60 one on for the time being as it is in the best condition.
I will try and find someone who can refurb the Italvolante one as it feels a lot nicer to hold, and is nice because it's rare.
