Cheers Guy. Will do

Cool thread Guy. If i read rite..... Is it a cutting polish i need to rid my swirls
-
^Depends.
If you have a machine polisher, a cutting polish will be fine. But if you don't, the best polish to use by hand is Autoglym Super Resin Polish. This was borne out through testing on detailingworld.

Autoglym Super Resin Polish will only cover up the swirls though, it has fillers in which fill in and hide the swirl marks. If you wanted to actually get rid of the swirl marks by hand, you would have to use something like Meguiar's Ultimate Compound, be aware though, it is a hell of a lot of work to do it by hand.

Cheers, i'll maybe do the autoglym and come the better weather strip her bak n take do a full day clay bar etc n finish with mguires. Cheers again.

if you do the AG SRP treatment without removing 100% of the surface dirt and claying first then you risk inducing more swirls into your paintwork
are you protecting your paintwork once you have removed swirls in the first place... prevention is better than cure
