Title: Hello, newbie here...

Hello all,

Im new to the site. Currently own a Range Rover Sport Supercharged and have come to the realisation at 25, that crippling fuel prices are bad and saving for a house and getting something more sensible makes more sense. Therefore i am looking at a Mk VI GTI or GTD. To be honest anything is an improvement on 12mpg. I will miss the V8.

So I welcome suggestions and tips.

what year is the range rover? i love v8's, my dad has a tuned 4.6 v8 classic, uprated koni suspension, chipped, janspeed s/s sports exhasut... etc. What a sound!!
