Hi, i am looking at a golf mk4 GT TDI 150 PD on a 2002 plate that's been remapped to around 195bhp-205bhp and around 333lb/ft of torque does this seem about right?
Also upgraded cams and turbo (or they may have just been replaced with standard not 100% sure of that yet)
it's had waterpump, cambelt and tensioners etc replaced early last year and it's 133k on the clocks. they want about 4k for it just wondered if that's abit much or not.
However is does look in mint condition! Should I be worried about the mileage at all or is that nothing for these engines aslong as it's been serviced regular etc?
Thanks

That look to be good. If the cams were replaced even bigger bonus.
Receipts to back this up?

yes matey he said he has reciepts and a printout of the dyno, he thinks its roughly 333lb ft of torque but isnt 100% he works away so doesn't use the car so wants to sell.
so i shouldn't worry about the mileage? as everything needed has been replaced?

Thats fine then.
Mileage is ok. No high milage problems with these VW diesel engines. The 150 cams are called chocolate cams for a reason, good yours has been replaced. Ask Steve_PD on how much it set him back :(
Yep everything minus the clutch. It may be on its last legs, all depends on driving style. a 150 will remap to 190ish; so sounds like its just had a standard remap not uprated cams and turbo as you will see a good 230-240 with hybrid turbo alone. You never know it may have.
Good luck if you go for it,
