Title: BBS RC Aerocoat Powder coat *Now with updated pics*
Post by: richw911 on 07 February 2010, 11:40: Following limmys thread about a year ago i decided to finally get mine powder coated in Aerocoats Aeromax finish.

I purchased my RC's already painted in Gun Metal Gray. But a year on the and the paint has started chipping and i didn't want them to get too bad.

Ive always wanted the original burnished finish and loved limmys when i saw them.

The Aerocoat process - wheels are chemical stripped, shot blasted, sanded, zinc powder coated, primed, sanded, aeromaxed + powdercoat lacquered.

Very unique powder coat process :cool:

I had mine done at the wheel specialists, burton on trent. They turned out nice, just something else for you to consider perhaps.

Nobody anywhere has F1's neither asymmetric or GSD3's. And they cant say when they will be getting any in :shocked:

The Excellence had good reviews worth a punt :smiley:

liking the alu trim surrounds on your dash vents and the light switch seen that awesome sell these but never seen a golf with them fitted and the mats are pretty cool to with the three little letters just to let people know what there in :afro:
