Title: swap time????

Been offered my borthers bora tdi 115pd for my octavia vrs.
His is older than my vrs, is on an x plate but has only done 44k, compared to my vrs which is now on 138k. His bora is 100% standard, my vrs has the mods listed in my siggy. Would it be worth a swap? I love the look of the bora and with a kid on the way i want to reduce car running costs which the bora deos in all areas, fuel, insurance, tax.

I would have thought its not a straight swap, if I was you I'd want cash my way as well.
