Post by: GITjit on 31 January 2010, 22:10
Alright everyone,
I have just bought a set of 15" bbs rm’s 6.5” wide (standard). I would like to know what tire size i can put on and where i can get them from. I was thinking about 165/50 r15...? any suggestions?
I have been on tyrestrech.com. I have been looking at the bridgestone and kumho tires.
Cheers

I use 195/45/15 but would recomend 195/50/15 so you know how fast you are going.

depends if your looking for a bit of stretch or not really?

For what its worth, stretch on skinny rims just looks wrong in my opinion.

I think stretch just looks wrong. I'm not sure about form over function where tyers are concerned :lipsrsealed:.

my speedo is about 5mph with 195.50s

195.45. The only down side is the more bumpy ride
