After my beloved GTi got smashed up over Christmas I ended up going to the same dealer and getting the same car, same colour, same age (08), same spec (DSG, RNS510, Fiscon, MFSW, rear parking) so I guess I must have been pretty happy with what I had before! Just brought it home today and it is so good to be in a proper car after a month in a hire car.
The only gripe is that I had to pay 10% more for this one than I did for the one I bought a year ago.

Oo nice, any pics?

You paid 10% more for the same car a year later - IE they have actually gained value
oh and... dont break this one!
-
Yup, VW say the scrappage scheme and lack of Mk6 stock has pushed up the used prices, so I picked exactly the wrong time to be a buyer (not that I had much choice).
I'll do my best not to break this one, but I am reliant on stupid women not driving head-on into me, as described in my post before Christmas.

Yep, despite putting 15k miles on mine in a year its still work more than I paid for it :D
