Title: Dash Clock Problems

Ive just bought a mark 4, 1.6 16v Y reg as my first car.

Except when i turn it off and lock it up the clock and mileage counter on the dials doesnt turn off, and its draining my battery.

Can someone tell me what this could be?

thats normal so something else is draining your battery

ahh thats fair enoughh, i dno i think the battery in it was just knackered x
