well as you know theres so many events through the year that most of us cant make or are to busy working :'( wouldnt it be ace if we just had a weekend dedicated to golfgti and myabe clubgti members. where for 2 or 3 nights we meet up camp have a laff and generally get to see what everyones got, oh and for your stella drinkers!! getting totally out of our boxes. dont know if its been mentioned before but think it could be a winner dont need no fancy music or stalls or stuff just us lot....what do you think??
-
Good idea, I'd be up for it depending on where it is but I might be accompanied by kids ! Bugga ! :) :)
-
well would have to be in the middle somewhere i.e uk but getting enough interest is gonna be hard, everytime i try and organise summin it goes a bit pete tong (change of deodarant needed) think il ask gaz he can seem to rally the troops, but saying that he might get a bit withdrawn No PUBS!!
-
Aye but you can't please all the people all of the time, for all the shows and meets this year I've had to travel, most of them over 350 mile round trips so if people want to go they will. Derbyshire dales or somewhere like that might be an idea ? Never been but I'm sure someone on here will have. ?:)

I'd be up for it, but it couldn't be too far.... And it would need to be in July.
-
yep, warm weather, a decent campsite (if had a pub next door would be good etc ), needs to be some where where there a re a few bits and bobs to do in the day time, as staying on a campsite for 48-72 hrs could be a bit tedious!!! i mean things like , nearby go karting/paintballing/bowling that kind of stuff. id deffo be up for it but pend on location and whats available to do in the daytime etc.......
Gaz ;D
-
I'm further north than Aberdeen! How about get up to mine and go and tackle some of the Highland roads? They are awesome for driving, and not much in the way of traffic/cameras/police either
-
Did someone say camping?!? got the grille and the beer packed. When we going? lol.

I would be also up for a camping weekend, depending on location etc, but as i live in chesire which is pretty central i cant see location being a problem.

The Beautiful South. not just the name of a good band.
How about Exmoor, Dartmoor, Cranborne Chase.
And the WHOLE of Cornwall.
Now thats beautiful countryside for ya.
And i have seen the Dales and the Yorkshire Moors, Vale of York etc.
My totally unbiased opinion! ahem! cough cough.
This green and pleasant land has loads of beautiful bits!
Bunnies should have loads of sisters!
-
How about Billing Aquadrome, Nr Northampton?
Anywhere really as long as its got a pub or on-site bar in walking/staggering distance.
Rich gets the priorities right as usual.
-
;D

Onsite pub sounds good to me an all, have to try and gt dinx along to this event an all ;)
