If they do release the Golf R Harlequin would you buy one?
It might be a true depreciation busting collectors item.

I think it only happened with the mk3 and polo in the uk and was not a great selller so its not been repeated. And no its one way of cheapening a cars looks so i would not do it. But it is a great advert board for a company if its a company car as they do get noticed.

The original ones were made for a demo of the colours aailable and people liked them and wanted one so they did a limited procuction run.

Can't see it happening again.
