Title: hellp needed ,,,,,,, i am in somerset

hiya all

i am in some need with my brakes on my mk4 turbo

the car had a smash about 8 mth ago

now all done and ready for mot BUT

i cant get the brakes to bleed up i have tryed and tryed

when car is NOT running the brakes r fine

when car is running the pedel gose to the floor but pump it and its fine till u let of and then to the floor again

been told in may be air in the abs ,,but i am lost with all this

is there any one local to me that can help thanks pete

Could be a faulty master cylinder.

what car is it, some abs systems need to be switched to a special mode using vag-com so you can bleed them up properly. could be bias valve wasnt opened if fitted, you clamp it open with mole grips so as to provide full braking force to the rear
