Where's the option for neither? Take it to R-Tech and get it done right!

Bluefin for me personally.
At least you keep your factory stock map for dealer visits, wheras other companys mentioned dont
-
+1 bluefin is easy to put on and take off, cant imagine that there is much between all of the different remap companies, you pays your money...........

Personally id go with REVO,
Because I work in the tuning industry and have experience of several companies, the way they do business, the quality of their product and of course price.
IMO R-Tech win hands down.

Yes they are, but also offer a mobile service.
Map details can be found here (http://r-techpower.co.uk/r-tech-vw-remap.htm)
and prices can be found here (http://r-techpower.co.uk/r-tech-producs.php)

Massive difference between remaps and companies. I have customers comming into us with "brand name maps" on there cars and comming over to our remaps at half the price... after paying another tuner to tune it for £400???
We make sure every job is spot on and evey map is to the best quality, which speaks for itself by the word of mouth feedback we get and the support our customer give us across the forums.
Why pay £400 for a remap when you can get one just as good if not better for £285? We are NOT a franchise so our customer service is 1000% better than the most of the 3rd patry tuners, You can get hold of us on the phone and ask questions and get a straight direct answer, try this with you franchise tuners.
Have a read here the post from StevePD then the reply from patch http://www.golfgtiforum.co.uk/index.php?topic=140163.50;topicseen
and if you remember we was going to put our remaps up against a brand name remaps on back to back dyno shoot out and testing, but the other franchise tuner showed us there cards and mentioned that they have more money and a better lawyer would would make sure this never happens..lol
@Joesgti
If your ever down this way let me know and I will let you drive one of our remapped mk5 so you can see what all the rave is about and why we have so many bum boys on the internet. We have not even tapped into the mk5 market yet as 98% of our work is mk4, but we are finding ex mk4 owners are comming back to us with there new mk5s.
And just to add the reason our name gets mentioned a lot is maybe summat to do with us being a sponsor of the forum and the good input we put into the forum?
plus the whole package we offer:
Value.
Quality maps.
Quality service.
Quality customer service.
Quality aftercare and customer support.
100% track record.
The horrors stories you here about the brand names are down to the aftercare ans customer support NOT the remaps, 90% of the time the remap dealers just wants to map a car take his cut off the profit and forget about it.
And just to add at the moment our mk5 2.0TFSI & 2.0TDI, remap are £250 which includes vcds, visual diagnostics, rolling road session pre and post remap with printouts. free software updated if dealers overwrite the map, huge discount on future spec upgrades and tuning products, plus a life time of custom care. For an extra £120 we can also offer a self tuning and diagnostics tool > http://www.alientech-to.it/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=6&Itemid=13
