Hello all, i'm new to the GTi forum.
I'm after some advice please. I've been looking for a good Mk-5 GTi 3Door DSG for a few weeks now and i think i've found possibly the right one. I took out a GTi ED30 on a 08plate with 23k on the clock. The garage want £17500 for the car and i'm wondering if this is a steel or is it over priced.
What's the going rates on the Ed30's and whats the going rate on a normal GTi 3dr DSG about the same year.
Thanx

Sounds about right from a trader. Note the car is only a year old and also a special edition one. Miles are well above average. Personally I would keep looking and pick one up with average mileage on the clock for the same price.

Edition 30's are the most desired models and you are generally looking at around £2k more for a similar spec ED30 to a GTI.
A little older and 5dr, but I know the car and it is a good one with very nicely thought out mods.
