Title: Boot leak (not the usual suspects).
Post by: Lap on 23 January 2010, 15:16
I've got a 1990 Digi and it's got the dreaded leaking boot in the driverside corner just down from the tail light.

I've done a search and I've read the http://www.matey-matey.com/leak_prevention.shtml guide but that hasn't helped. It is not the light cluster seal and it's not the badge fixings either nor is it the lock. The rear screen wash pipe has not come adrift and there are no missing grommets in the boot.  :undecided:

I've pulled the trim back and you can see the water dripping down from behind the parcel shelf support so must be coming from the C pillar. I've tested the sunroof drain and it seems OK. I'm stumped!

Anyone else had this?

Thanks.

Possibly worth while checking boot rubbers?
