Title: Stuck magazine on Alpine CHAS-634

The magazine of my 6 disc Alpine CHAS-634 changer is stuck and I'm getting an ERROR-01 message on the display of my headunit. Can somebody help me sort this? Cheers.

is there not a tiny reset button on the changer if not you could just try unplugging it and then replug it back in that sometimes sorts it out

I've sorted it. Removed cover on cd changer and slid a small ruler underneath the magazine to release it. Job done!
