Title: fiiting a gti rear spolier?

hi

got myself a rear spoiler off the bay and i want to know how to fit it i saw a thread before about how to fit one but i cant find it now,  :huh: my car doesnt have the hole for the bolts to go through and its just a standard gti spoiler nothin fancy.
is there something i can stick it on with ?

Tigerseal mate

Does the spoiler still have the bolts in it? If so give the end of them a firm tape with a hammer and they'll snap out of place. Then you can navigate them through the square cut out on the back of the spoiler.

Cheapest place I've found is ebay.. can get it for less than a tenner

Only car shop I've found that stocks it is a place called A1 motor stores or something but it's £16!

sweet i have A1 motor store just round the corner from me and i want to fit it today ! lol

No problem. I've fitted 3 this way and have taken my car up to 115mph (on private land) so I know it holds well :afro:

i used sikaflex. good stuff, like tar and gets everywhere when you use it. stuff is impossible to get off too. but it held the spoiler on!!!
