Title: rear window heater switch

Oks can you change the light in the rear window heater switch on my mk4 golf from the orange when its active to a blue like on the diels etc? and is it easy ?

I did it on my Vento and it was easy but fiddly. Removed the switch from console, took apart the switch, removed light, soldered in new one, reassemble. It was easy but the front of the switch was held on pretty tightly, removing it was tricky.

Thank you I think  ill get a new switch of ebay or from a scrapy and do it on that then hopefully just swop them.

You wouldn’t now were i can get a light in blue which i similar to the blue on the dash of a mk4 would you?

I don't know of any lights the same shade of blue as the mk4 sorry  :sad:
