Title: Crusty wheels
Post by: Andy-H on 17 January 2010, 09:02
Hello again,

I've just been out and washed, dried and given a coating of tech wax to the car. Now it has come to the wheels.

The wheels are not far off having their refurb but just wanting to give them a good clean until that time. Is there a good wheel cleaner that you can spray on and leave for a while that will remove crud from all the nooks and cranny's before waxing them??

I tried some TFR on them last year but I think that is a bit aggressive for them  :undecided:

Any pointers would be gratefully received so I can pop out and get some

Cheers in advance,

Andy

tfr can be diluted dude to make it slightly weaker, if your wheels are really manky use it neat but dont leave it on for too long, also aggitate it a bit just after you've sprayed it on and that should do the trick
