Title: Front and rear bumper inserts

Tried searching for all sorts of keyworks so no nastyness if already posted please  :tongue: :wink:

Do the insert type bits in the front and rear bumper come out ? As is the bits that are there to take the scrapes, damn hard to explain erm. Ah fook it piccy time.

Yeah they do come, technical name, rub strips, :grin: out of curiosity why are you taking them off.

yes they can be removed they just unclip and carefully pull slowly out  :wink:

How do you unclip them, from behind the bumper i am guessing ?

all i did was very carefully used a thin bladed screwdriver and cloth so as not to mark the paint and eased the corner out enough to get a hold and then just uclipped it a section at a time until it all popped out
