Title: Earth strap

my earth strap from the coil to the engine has worn off and is now not connected, should the car no longer run? as iv been driving it like this?  :smiley:

Mine was broken and I'm not sure how long for but it ran OK  :smiley:

I did change it as soon as I found it though  :wink:

mine didnt have one when i got it so i made up my own but made no difference, it should be earthed through the mounting bolts anyway, you can check with a multimeter
