Parts still havnt Arived, I phoned Big Boys Toys and they said there still waiting on the supplier, How long does it take to get some strut braces from a supplier?? Should i be worrying? has anyone else had bad exprences with Big Boys Toys? or should i just relax and be paitent?
-
You've never had dealing with Dubmeister then!!! took 3 months to get my wheels!
-
wouldnt be too worried just yet.. i know plenty of people who've bought from bigboystoys and none of them got ripped off.
-
i've never bought anything off them but on pvw there was a thread a while back critisising their crap customer service and delivery times. i think they all got what they wanted, just had to wait a few years! :P
-
^^ Dammit! that doesnt fill me with confidence :o
-
I say we head up a posse down to their place, demand the strut braces, and if they dont hand em over, we burn the mo-fos to the ground >:( :D :D :D :D
-
i'm with you! lets get the count to raise his dark army!
-
Sounds good to me! can we steel some other stuff too? ;D

i would empty my bank out and into another account :D sukkers!
-
Yeah, The cash has been taken, Im gonna give em a ring in the morning and use threats like "This has gone onto Golfgti.co.uk, and with two pages of replies and over 50 views, its really not good for buisness now is it???"
-
yeah man do it! they shouldn't take the order if they haven't got the products in stock, power to the people!!! and all that....................
-

if you have no kit and they have already took your money. get it back quick!!!!
from the part number you have said it is the same kit i got from venom.
dont get it cos its wrong. the front top strut brace? is for a left hand drive mk2. it wont get past the brake resevoir!
check this http://www.performancedriven.co.uk/shop.product.0.asp?ProductID=1381&CatID=54
the web site shows the part number you have said.
this picture is shown for that part number and its what i got in my kit.

Thanks mate! You saved me there! ive canceled the order ;D Any idea what kits out there managed to avoid the break resiviour???
-
not really matey just see who got what.
i think the best place is to have a look in some of the magazines at the feature cars and see what they have fitted. i think that i have seen a sparco steel one used in a mag not so long ago.
hope that helps ;D
