Hi all,
Think I've finally worked out where my ever so slight coolant leak is. My question is, are GSF replacement seals ok for the job on this or would I be best going to the stealership? If so does anyone happen to have a part number?
Cheers

Buy the whole flange with a new seal (Come together anyway!) from GSF for about £3. I've used several of these over the years and they've always been fine. It's normally the flange at fault anyway as they split.

When fitting the new one, remember that it only needs about 15NM torque to tighten it. This is one people love to over-tighten.

Mine was cracked flange (plastic)
When mine was changed there was quite alot of pitting??
Some sealant had to be used by the look of it. But it doesnt leak anymore

Cheers for the info guys, GSF it is then.
Please forgive if this is a stupid question but is it possible to replace without having to rebleed/refill the cooling system etc?
-
Nope, not really as you lose a fair bit of coolant.

Thought as much. Cheers for the help

Don't buy from GSF - their flangy bits are parp and warp after a couple of years.
Dealer is the same price, go genuine!
