Please does anybody know if Audi mk2 tt 9J x 18 - et 52 wheels with 245x40x18 tyres will fit my mk5 Golf GTTDI Sport

No!

Well not without rubbing.

To get them to fit you would need the arches rolling and pulling and the front top mounts to have adjustable camber mounts, plus you may also need spacers to stop the inside rubbing.
