just seen the advert on the tele lol

Just thought id say i love the new shape gti, was a bit diapointed with the mk5 but love the mk6!!!  :grin:

Yes that advert is brilliant ( where he shuts the door of the car & says sounds just like a golf) Classic look on the girls face?? Steve  :laugh:

Golf adverts are always pretty great to be honest. Going back to the Mk2 one with the Girlfriends creaky earring etc. The one where they had the modifed Mk4's crying cause they'd been modified - 'some things are best left alone'. The Mk5 one where it had the GTI driving thorugh the 70's, 80's and 90's with the surrounding area changing thorugh the ages along with the car - all Brilliant.

My fav advert was the one with the guy coming out of the casino at dawn (early mk2 GTI).
