Title: Standard shocks

Need to change suspension on my mk2 16v was thinking of new standard shocks with lowered springs anyone ???
Decent kit that is not harsh ride anyone ????
need some advise  ???

this will also fit a 16v, but will lower it only 30mm as compared to 40mm on 8v's
