Title: replacing dipped headlight bulb

from what i rememeber from havin me last mk4 over 3 years ago it was an @rse. passenger side too so i think the battery is very close....

gonna get a h7 bulb this morning and go out in the snow and get it done....well try , freezin fingers as i doubt ill get me hands down there with out gloves on....

It's a lot easier if you drop the front bumper off!

just undo the 2 little screws that hold the piece of plastic to feed air from the grill to the air box and its easy 30secs mine took

was alot easier than i remembered!, just took the plastic cover from the front panel (2 screws), then undid the clip removes the lamp unit cover , unclipped the bulb and swapped, nice and easy... i remember peeps used to say you had to remove the bumper before but i dont see any reason why youd need to?? all done anyway...

just done it to day, changing the side lights and diped, so i decided to changed all my lights and put a chrome indicator bulbs in.

Bumper off 1st time I ve done it easy to do.
