Hi, can anyone tell me if a set of 9Jx16" Borbet A's will fit on a Mk3 Gti or a VR6? Also would I need any spacers or any wheel arch mods. Has anyone got a set of these on their Mk3 that could advise?
cheers

Yes has been done but wil need mods to the arches.

think ya need to grind down the brake caliper and run spacers with pulled arches..
but wait for someone with 1st hand experience....
my favourite wheel on the raddo!
not a massive fan on the mk3 but go 4 it!!

Cheers, so by the sounds of it I would need arch mods, which is too much hard work.

There's no way to fit them without modding the arches? Even if it's standard height?

Not really, et15 is a very low offset.

Both front arches and back? Also spacers will be required right? As the wheels would be touching the brake calipers...

Same question but with a mk2 golf. Have a chance of 9 x 16 borbets A in anthracite but my golf is lowered 110mm ish. Arches have been rolled and with g60 arches, anyone know if i would have bother?

if your arches are done then i think it would only be a spacer to clear the caliper???
i have been told by people that they just grind a little off the caliiper, but i ceertainly wouldnt be happy doing that!!
