Title: recirculating valve

on the 90bhp model can u uprate the valve like u can on the 1.8t models? like the put the 007p thingy on what can i do on the 90 bhp block??  :smiley:

Don't think you can as the diesels work completely different.

Fit the injectors out of a T4 1.9 (or 2.5 dont quote me) that would give you a big difference.

Anyhoo - you could try changing the N75 valve (controls your boost) for one off a 110 maybe.  Not upto speed with modding the 90bhp TDI-  possibly injectors and turbo from the 110?

Or what if you put 130 bits on if they'll fit?
Or if ou want power gains then a simple re-map would do loads for you mate.
Or is it just acutual mods on the block you wanna do?
