hi had a student walk out in front of my car a couple of years ago,she was ok and everything got cleared up.
my ins company said i couldnt have my no claims for that year as it was a "pending claim"
ive changed my insurance company since then and ive got a years no claims bonus since then.
had a letter from my old insurance company saying now that the case has been closed ive got my years no claims back,meaning now i have two!!!!wheeeeeeeeeee.lol
im going to phone my insurance company up and tell them,but does anyone know if there give me a refund on the money ive over paid???????
