Hi
I've noticed on my engine a small breather pipe, more like a black plastic straw, it goes from the fuel rail to the throttle body. My car stalls sometimes but when i disconnect this pipe at the TB end it runs a lot smoother so im getting this pipe is blocked?? Anyone know how I can clean it as i cant disconnect it from the fuel rail end?
Also I noticed a clicking / rattling sound coming from the TB housing when idling (the block behind the butterfly valve)? any ideas what that could be?
Sorry cant get any pics up.
Cheers

sounds like the vacuum pipe to the fuel pressure regulator, just replace the pipe if so. if it wont come off the fuel rail end make sure its not clamped on with a clip, remove that and it should pop off.
rattling noise could be the stepper motor for the tb moving about to regulate the idle. worth a go cleaning out the throttle body and checkign it on vag-com for faults
