Title: crashing vag-com!

Hi
Has anyone else had trouble with vag-com crashing? Everytime i try to run a check it stops and a box flashes up with "vag-com has stopped working windows will inform you if a solution is found"  :angry: anyone had this? i've uninstalled it and installed it but still the same problem!

Lead and disc came from a company on ebay mate. Is that enough info?
