Title: Heated seats-Cold bum : (
Post by: 95gti8v on 21 December 2009, 23:40
The heated seats aren't working in my Mk3, haven't had a chance to even look at them yet, just wondering what are the common issues

Do they have a seperate relay or wiring fault?

Cheers in advance

Think I checked handbook and fuse for seats and something else, the other thing is working so reckoned wasn't fuse. Must have a more in depth look though as was preoccupied with stalling issues, hopefully now sorted

Cheers dude

Fuse does reversing lights etc too and they're working so must be fine.

Any other ideas??

Yes, they do have separate wiring, so that could be the problem.

reckon its a common thing, my driver's side doesn't work either !

Although it could be the water that had built up in the driver's rear footwell, while it was parked up !
