i'm obviously bias.. but white, 3dr with Monza's... is the GTI to have

Rattles gone. no leaking. and the really fine black spots must have been tar (or similar) as Autoglym tar remover got them off in an instant!

Really nice pics!

How did you get on with the MK6 in the snow?

Still think the white ones are the most beautiful GTis.

However, seeing the state of my grey one at the moment covered in s*** and grime I would imagine the white ones don't look like those pictures for very long at this time of year.

Congradulations. The car look spot-on! White is my fav colour on the Mk6 GTI as well.
Solid colours always look nice when new. But if you are one of those who hate cleaning cars and you are planning to keep the car for more than 3 years, just like your teeth, it does not look very white as you age!

Thanks for sharing that pic with us.

Exactly same spec as my order, and I'm pleased about that. Was really umming and rarring abput the look of standard headlights against Xenons, but I don't think the mk6 units are to bad TBH.

Lovely looking car but please move it off that snow covered road before someone bumps into it.

no probs. i was asked for pics a number of weeks ago, but when i looked out at the car on the 2nd pick this afternoon - i had to take a photo

I've had it over 3 months, only done 1100 miles as been working away..  however, i bet i've washed it nearly 20 times    Meguirs Gold Class Shampoo is the way forward!  so @herbie911, i'm planning on it looking like that in 3yrs time!   I'm just an@l like that

@squirrel, tbh it's a hell of a lot better than my old TypeR. Re-wheel drive auto Merc's were better than that! And don't get me talking about the girlfriend's 207cc. It's sh!t in snow and it's sh!t full stop..PAH!!

@simonpolly, don't worry it's tucked up in the garage now

Very nice looking , very nice indeed.

I have been using a product called Glare on my current car and have found it to be the best quality product I have used, have waxed and polished my cars for years. Glare gives your car a mirror finish that lasts for months. Mind it’s not cheap.

I'm always dubious when a product claims "Eliminates waxing forever"  or similar. Surely if it was this good, most folk would be raving about it!!
